Overview
Check out this collection of creative and fun paper cutting activity! EIGHT original templates specially designed for 2024, the Year of Dragon. This collection purposefully includes three Chinese characters that are related to the celebration of Spring Festival, 吉(jí) and 春(chūn). Through this activity, children are afforded with opportunities to learn about this traditional Chinese folk art, explore different cultural elements and look at Chinese characters from a fun perspective.
Students' complete work also makes fantastic bulletin board display! Kids love seeing their work up on the wall, especially as part of the Spring Festival celebration!

Chinese characters and cultural elements are meaningfully integrated. Explicit instructions and sample work are available on each template. Easy to follow and cut with no less fun.
- Two Versions
Two versions are included in the file, coloured and uncoloured. Each template in the coloured version contains 2 pages which need to be printed on both sides on white paper, while the uncoloured one can be simply printed out on any colour paper you wish.
