Digital Products

Delivering Digital Files

When you buy a digital product, the file is delivered to your email address as soon as the payment is received.

  • Immediate Payment: Once your online payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.) is processed, a confirmation email will be sent with a download link. This link will also appear on the Thank You page.

  • Delayed Payment: If payment does not arrive immediately (e.g., manual payment or eCheck), a download link will not be included in the confirmation email. After payment is received and the order is manually marked as Paid, a second email will be sent with the download link.

 

Returns & Refunds
Digital downloads are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including changes of mind.

Purchase Confirmation: Please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed the product description, features, and system requirements.

By purchasing and downloading the digital product, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this refund policy, understanding that the product is non-refundable.

Physical Products

Shipping

All items that can be purchased on our website are able to be shipped within Australia only, in Parcel Post satchels. Items will be shipped within 10 working days of purchase, subject to change in accordance with public and school holidays. Shipping cost, method and time are subject change at any time.  

International Shipping: If you would like to enquire about costs of shipping any of our products internationally, please contact us. 

 

Returns

Can I Return Something I've Purchased?

We will offer an exchange or refund on any physical item you've purchased from YEAH CHINESE within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.

Please contact us if you would like to organise a return. ​

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you a notification and process a refund. 

Return costs

The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.

All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What should I do if the item arrived damaged or there are missing items?

All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please include a photo of your invoice and photo of the items received along with a description if your parcel has arrived damaged or is missing items.  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the result of your refund application.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.

Refunds may only be processed to the payment method used for the original transaction.
